Lin An-Tai Historic Residence now age more than 200 years old was built during 1783. The residence was constructed under the guideline of ancient Chinese Feng-shui, the roof top structure uses single ridge which symbolize the shape of a Chinese dragon – long and straight, and the ends curve up like the tail of a swallow, demonstrate the soft lines and curves of the building. These symbolic construction methods represent good fortunate and brings good well in the belief of ancient Chinese tradition.
